Draft:

Date to be announced. Location is available from the commish. The draft will consist of 14 rounds. To begin the draft, each team will be required to pick a number from a hat to determine the draft order for the draft. The initial draft order will reverse each round after the first round.

Every team is given 1 minute time limit in order to make their selection in the first 7 rounds, followed by a half time break. The second half of the draft each team will be permitted 2 minute to make a selection. All teams will be given a 10 second warning to make their selection. If a selection is not made within the specified time limit, the next team will begin the selection process. After that selection is made, the previous team will be given a 30 second window in order to make their selection.

Rosters:

Team owners are permitted to have only 14 active players and 2 injured reserve players at any time on their roster (see injured reserve section). This is a straight head-to-head league. After the regular season, the roster limit expands to 15 active players and 2 injured reserve players (each team def/st counts as one player on your active roster).

Roster Changes:

Teams can make any number of changes to their roster throughout the year. All roster changes can not be requested earlier than 6 AM on Tuesday mornings and no later than 1 hours prior to the kickoff of any games for that week. Trades, waiver wire pickups and injured reserve activations are all considered roster changes.

Trades will have to be confirmed with the commissioner by both parties involved. The commissioner reserves the right to veto any trade that may skew the balance of the league. The trade deadline is before kickoff of week 10 of the NFL season. Waiver wire pickups and injured reserve transactions can be maintained through the Super Bowl.

Injured Reserve:

Each team has 2 injured reserve slots on their roster. To place a player on injured reserve, the player must be on NFL.com's official injury report as questionable or worse. If the player on injured reserve plays any time in that week's game, the owner must activate that player back to their active roster or drop the player from their roster. If said player is back on the injury report for that week, the owner can again place him on IR, however the same rule applies. If you have a player on injured reserve that is not on NFL.com's injury report that owner will be forced to forfeit that week's game. Team Def/St can never be placed on IR, unless the team doesn't field a defense.

Line-Ups:

Each week a lineup must be submitted one hours prior to kickoff of any game that is player. This is to ensure all lineups are submitted and distributed to each owner before kickoff. All lineups must be submitted via the internet (league website or email). This is to ensure all lineups are submitted and sent to each before kickoff. There will be occasional exceptions for phone submissions due to technical difficulties and/or extraneous circumstances but all deadlines still apply. After the lineup submission deadline only one change can be made to your lineup, only in a case where a player becomes injured and of questionable status. This move must be requested before kickoff of the first game of the week. This will be a chargeable transaction move. If a team fails to submit a lineup for a week, the previous week's lineup will be used. The lineups can be submitted in one of the following formats:

PLAYOFF FORMAT:
The regular season will consist of 14 games starting with week 1 of the NFL season. After the regular season is over, the 4 teams with the best regular season records will advance to the playoffs. The team with the best record will play the team with the 4th best record, and the team with the 2nd best record will play the team with the 3rd best record in week 15. The winners will advance to the Super Bowl to be played on the following weekend.
The losers will play the following weekend to determine 3rd and 4th place.
Team ranking will be determined by a win = 2 pts, tie = 1pt, loss = 0pts. This will give each team a point total at the end of the season to determine the playoff ranking.
If two teams have the same points, the tiebreaker will work as follows:
1. Head-to-Head record
2. Total Points Earned Head-to-Head
3. Total Points for the Season
4. Coin Flip (but it will not come to that point).
